- Cogroundnut Burfhy

Ingredients
  • Sugar, Groundnut , Cardamom, Coconut, Food colour, Fried Cashew nut.

Ratio:1 cup grated coconut powder half a cup of fried crushed groundnut powder and three cups
of sugar.

Method:
Take hard bottomed tava heat the sugar with very little water , when the sugar melts add grated coconut , and groundnut powder and powdered cardamom and some food colour when the mixture is thick enough, pour the mixture in to  a greeced plate{ plate can either be greeced with oil or ghee} fry the cashew nuts in ghee and garnish it on the mixture, after that let it cool in room temperature for some time and cut it into pieces before it  dries and after the mixture dries serve it.
